Mobile App Development That Users Love: iOS, Android & Cross-Platform

From idea to App Store launch, we design and build mobile apps that perform under real usage (booking platforms, service marketplaces, customer apps), with the backend, payments, and notifications production apps actually need.

Most Apps Fail Before They Reach the Store

The graveyard of abandoned apps is full of good ideas with bad execution: wrong platform choices, backends that can't scale, and launches that slip for months.

Wrong Platform Bets

Building native twice when cross-platform would do, or forcing cross-platform where native is needed, burns months and budget before users see anything.

The App Is Only Half the Product

Payments, push notifications, real-time tracking, admin dashboards. Most 'app quotes' ignore the backend ecosystem that makes an app actually work.

Launches That Never Land

Store review rejections, crash-on-launch bugs, missing privacy declarations. Shipping to the App Store is a discipline, not an afterthought.

Full-Cycle Mobile Development, One Team

Design, build, backend, launch: everything a production app needs, delivered by one accountable team.

Cross-Platform Apps (React Native)

One codebase, iOS and Android, native-feeling performance. The right default for most products. We tell you when it isn't.

Native iOS & Android

When the product demands platform-specific performance or hardware access, we build native, with a decade of platform expertise behind it.

Real-Time Features & Push

Live tracking, in-app chat, push notifications, and status updates: the engagement layer that keeps users coming back.

Payments & Subscriptions

Payment gateways, subscription billing, and digital invoicing integrated and tested against real transaction flows.

Performance & Offline-First

Fast cold starts, smooth scrolling, graceful offline behavior. Profiled on real devices, not just simulators.

Store Launch & Beyond

App Store and Play Store submission, review handling, crash monitoring, and phased rollouts. We own the launch, not just the build.

Apps Running in Production, With Numbers to Show

Here's what a mobile build looks like when the whole ecosystem is engineered together.

On-Demand Services

Mechgiri: Full-Stack On-Demand Auto Service Platform

The Challenge

Mechgiri ran bookings manually: no real-time tracking, inefficient technician allocation, no digital payments. Operations couldn't scale past what phone calls could handle.

What Solution We Built

  • Cross-platform mobile app for iOS and Android (React Native)
  • In-app chat between customers and mechanics
  • Push notifications for booking updates and offers
  • Secure online payments via Razorpay
  • Service history and digital invoicing
  • Multi-tier system: customers, mechanics, admins on one platform
10,000+ users. 30% more daily bookings in month one. 85% faster technician assignment.

We also handle the hard mobile problems others walk away from: for a top-tier private bank, we reproduced, diagnosed, and surgically fixed an iOS Safari navigation crash on their highest-traffic pages: zero crashes post-fix, delivered in two weeks.

From Idea to App Store in Four Steps

Fixed scope, weekly demos on real devices, and a launch plan that includes store review, not just code complete.

01

Discovery & Platform Strategy

We map user flows, platform choice, and the backend ecosystem your app needs before design begins.

Native vs. cross-platform decided on evidence: performance needs, hardware access, budget.

02

Fixed Scope Proposal

Precise proposal within 48 hours: screens, features, backend, timeline, price. Fixed.

Scope includes the admin dashboard, notifications, and payment flows. Not just the app shell.

03

Sprint Build & Device Demos

Weekly sprints with builds delivered to your phone. TestFlight and Play internal testing from week two.

Tested on real devices across OS versions, not just simulators.

04

Store Launch & Support

We handle store submission, review feedback, and launch monitoring. Available for 30 days post-launch.

Crash reporting and analytics wired in before release, not after the first incident.

MVP app → TestFlight in 6–8 weeks. Full platform with backend → 10–12 weeks, phased. You'll know which before we start.

Why Founders Choose BestlaTech for Mobile Development

We Scope the Whole Ecosystem

App, backend, admin tools, and store launch quoted together. No surprise "phase 2" costs for the pieces every real app needs.

Production-Ready, Not Prototypes

Crash monitoring, offline handling, payment edge cases, and store compliance ship with every build.

Frequently asked questions

Questions CTOs and founders ask us most.

Should I build a native app or a cross-platform app?
Cross-platform (React Native) is the right default for most products: one codebase, both stores, faster and cheaper. Native wins when you need heavy platform-specific performance or deep hardware access. We recommend based on your product's actual requirements, not our preference, and explain the trade-off in the proposal.
How much does mobile app development cost?
It depends on scope. An MVP is a different project from a full marketplace with payments and admin tooling. What's constant is the model: fixed scope, fixed price, quoted after a discovery call. You'll never get an hourly meter running.
How long does it take to launch an app?
An MVP reaches TestFlight in 6–8 weeks. A full platform (app, backend, payments, admin dashboard) typically runs 10–12 weeks with phased delivery. Store review time is built into the plan.
Do you build the backend and admin dashboard too?
Yes, and we quote them upfront. A real app needs APIs, a database, push infrastructure, payment processing, and an admin panel. The Mechgiri platform we built includes all of it: customer app, mechanic app, and a centralized admin dashboard on one backend.
Can you integrate payments in the app?
Yes: payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay and regional equivalents), subscription billing through the stores, and digital invoicing. Payment flows are tested against real transaction edge cases: failures, refunds, retries.
